Boule de Neige has a wonderful fragrance - possibly my favorite scent. When this peony first opens, yellow stamens and red flecks are visible in its center. Once it's completely open, the large white petals, envelop the stamens and you are left with a spectacular white globe with red flecks near the center, similar to Festiva Maxima.
